Does the Elysian Healthcare program replace my current health insurance program?

No, our program does not replace or negatively affect your current benefit program in any way. It is designed to work hand-in-glove to enhance your current benefit package.

What does the program cost?

Due to the structure of the program, employers have realized an average net savings of $600 per employee annually after any plan expenses. Employees often show a net increase in take-home pay of 2 to 5 percent.

What kind of time commitment is required from my staff?

Most of the heavy lifting is done by our VP of Operations and her staff. Your staff will assist them in gathering information for the implementation that is required for any new program. After implementation, a review of adds and deletes to make sure information is correct is all that is required.

What is a Section 125 plan?

Section 125 of the IRS Code allows employees to pay for health-related premiums with pre-tax dollars. This includes medical, dental, vision, supplemental life and disability insurances among others.

If I do not currently have a Section 125 Account, will you help me get one?

Yes, and we will do it at no charge to you.

Once a decision is made, how long does it take to implement a plan?

Depending on the size of the group, it normally takes 30 to 45 days to implement a plan.

How soon will the dealership realize savings?

The dealership will realize savings on the first payroll date after implementation and on every one thereafter.

Will employees be required to miss work to enroll and then participate in the program?

No, employees will not miss any work to enroll and participate.

Can family members participate in the program?

Yes, families are encouraged to participate.
