Enterprise-grade benefits, built for the independent dealership down the street.
Elysian Healthcare was founded to navigate the employee health-management landscape and deliver appropriate benefits and advice to both employees and employers — not the “shelf” offerings that dominate most of the industry today. We partner with organizations to understand how evolving healthcare laws and industry changes impact their business, then build custom programs that hit each company’s actual goals.
Elysian Dealer Health Solutions is the dealership-specific arm of that mission. Our single focus: give automotive dealers a benefits program their employees will actually use — without disrupting the medical plan the dealership already pays for.
We built the company the way we now build programs: one conversation at a time, with owners and general managers who know what turnover costs, what a Saturday call-out costs, and what an unaudited claim costs.
The plan, the partners, and the math — in plain English.
Kevin graduated in 1993 with a degree in accounting and finance, and has spent more than 25 years in financial services and insurance. He moved to the insurance side in 1999 to focus on employee-benefit programs for large and mid-sized employer groups and unions, relocated to Tampa, Florida in 2000, and has been recognized with multiple national and regional awards as a top consultant for major insurance carriers.
Beginning in 2008, Kevin shifted from individual-account work to building and training regional and national sales teams — while developing the kind of innovative insurance programs that traditional “one-size-fits-all” products underdelivered on. The premise: insurance, technology, and administrative efficiencies were all moving fast enough that custom benefit plans were finally practical for the size of employer that had been left out.
Elysian Dealer Health Solutions is the application of that work to the dealership floor. Every program we ship is designed around three questions: Will the employee actually use it? Will the dealer actually see the ROI? And can we stand it up in weeks, not quarters?
Customers tell us the difference between Elysian and a brokered plan is the team behind the contract. That team is structured intentionally.
An in-house legal team makes sure every program meets the regulations that apply to employer-sponsored healthcare — so the dealership never carries hidden risk for the savings.
Dedicated client-services people support HR departments through employee communication, enrollment, and ongoing health activation — the part of benefits work that usually falls on a single overworked HR lead.
An administration team handles claim payments, billing, and reporting on time and in detail. Participation, claims behavior, and savings show up in the same place every month.
Three rules govern everything we build.
If a dollar has to leave an employee’s wallet to use a benefit, participation collapses. Our plans are designed so it never has to.
Elysian runs alongside whatever coverage you already offer. No renegotiation, no RFP cycle.
Participation, claims behavior, sick-day usage — you see the numbers we see. Every month.
Fifteen minutes with Kevin is the fastest way to find out.
